Job Responsibility  

Formulate the manuals, policies, and procedures for credit risk management, to support organizational business strategy

Review and revise the existing policies and procedures for the business relevant to credit risk, in light of changing market conditions based on leading practices and guidelines. Ensure that the credit processes are operating effectively and efficiently toward achieving high operating standards

Ensure compliance with established/ approved credit risk policies and procedures and ensure that a sound environment for identifying, assessing, measuring, monitoring and controlling credit risk is in place

Formulate and maintain the working capital manuals

Focus on critical end-to-end processes: inventory management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, to improve working capital management and service levels while also reducing business risks and attain structural cost reduction

Identify and implement industry best practices in working capital management

Work with concerned cross-functional teams to formulate sustainable working capital initiatives, ensure implementation and follow-up

Provide working capital and cash flow forecast on a periodic basis and track actual against forecasted data with relevant analysis

Education and Experience requirements   

Educational Qualifications: MBA from a well-reputed university majoring in Finance and/or Accounting

Any professional qualification in Finance or Accounting (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is desired preferred

Experience: At least 8 years’ experience in the field(s) of Finance and/or Accounting with a concentration in Credit Risk Management, preferably in a Bank, Telco or Large Corporate with a diverse customer base of both Corporate & Retail customers

Experienced in developing Credit-related policies

Experience in Working Capital Management and Forecasting

Provide sales & quality service to walk-in customers in GPC (Grameenphone Centers)

Ensure positive customer experience

Ensure sales & service KPI of respective centers

Proactively aware/inform customers regarding our products/service

Sale through up sales and cross sales

Capture customer insights and escalate critical issues / complaints and provide timely feedback

Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis

Carry out back office activity and daily closing work

Education: Undergraduate Level Student (0 to 60 Credits) / Graduates

Experience: No experience required
